Pool and Garden
Enjoy a unusually large pool area compared to most rentals in the area – plenty of space for kids (and adults!) to play, run and have fun safely. Our children have played handball matches, invented “pool tennis” with the pool as the net – all with lots of room around and no danger.
The pool itself is bigger and deeper than average, and heated to around 28°C from November to April, so you can enjoy swimming even in winter.
Comfortable sun loungers, a generous garden and an outdoor dining area make it easy to unwind after a day at the beach or surfing.
Living and bedrooms
Bright and comfortable indoor spaces where everyone can relax together after a day at the beach or surfing. The open‑plan living room and fully equipped kitchen make it easy to cook, eat and spend time together – from slow breakfasts to family dinners.

Lajares offers cafés, restaurants, a local market and a relaxed, bohemian atmosphere – all within a short drive of El Cotillo, the North Shore surf spots and Corralejo.

Payment
– 30% at the time of booking
– 30% 30 days before arrival
– Remaining balance due 15 days before arrival
Cancellation
– Free cancellation and full refund of payments made up to 30 days before arrival
– Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of payments made are refundable
– Less than 15 days before arrival or no‑show: non‑refundable
